What is your return policy?

Due to covid currently any returns/exchanges will not be accepted.

Therefore will be a final sale.

When do you do refunds?

We only do refunds if your package has been sent back to us due to your address not being correct and will refund you back the total of the items that you've purchased before shipping was added. We do not refund back your shipping cost in a situation like that.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've place your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we've already started processing your order.

I own a business. Can I place a wholesale order?

Of course we'd Love to expand our small business by customizing to your liking.

How do I take care of the Cup?

Hand Wash Only, Not DisherWasher safe,Do Not Soak the cup, No Extreme Heat. I will be including in each package a reminder slip to let you know how to best care for your cups.

How Long till I Receive my package?

Each Cup Is designed different, It depends honestly. But Usually I get each cup done within a couple days. My estimated time is a week before your order gets shipped.
